Please find notice that as per clause 30.1 of the Rules of Metro West Swimming Victoria Incorporated, that the Annual General Meeting for 2024 shall be held as follows:

Metro West Clubs are to RSVP with their nominated delegate no later than 9am Wednesday 24th July 2024

Management Committee Nominations

As per clause 19.1 of the Rules of Metro West Swimming Victoria Incorporated, the district is now calling for nominations to the Management Committee for season 2024/25. 

 

Management Committee positions are as follows:

 

President

Vice President

Secretary

Treasurer

District Referee

Competitions Officer

General Member

 

A completed Nomination Form must be returned to the Metro West Secretary at secretary@metrowestvic.org.au no later than 9am Wednesday 31st July 2024.

 

Should more than one nomination be received for any one position a vote will take place at the Metro West District Annual General Meeting.

 

Motions for Special Business

Any Motions for Special Business will be accepted until Wednesday 24th July.
